    Yes Truman, you are correct in the rule but you did not go
    far enough. The rule states:
    
    4. Entry to a ride may be refused for cause. 4.1  Cause is
    defined as a specific occurrence, substantiated by   direct
    and corroborated evidence of, including but not limited to,
    one of the following: *    Non-payment of ride fees, such as
    insufficient funds check   not made good. *    Abuse of an
    equine, such as drugging or continuing to ride after being
    pulled without the specific permission of a ride vet.

    There are procedures that can be followed in order to deal

    thing. However, the AERC rules are very specific about " ...

    cannot be denied without cause..." - I'm sure Bob will give
    us the rule
    number :-). So this would probably end up in the lap of the
    protest
    committee for final resolution. The RM can file a protest
    based on
    "unsportman like conduct" which has been done it the past.
    
    The procedures are in place, concerned people need to use
    them.
