I was having pain in my foot, then finally noticed that one of my
aluminum stirrups was *totally* warped. It looked like my horse had
fallen on it, but I surely couldn't remember any time that he had. My
farrier very carefully beat it back into shape for me. I sort of expected
it to break soon and Paddi gave me a spare but it's still hanging in
there.
