so maybe we should be using elytes on longer training rides? I'm thinking
of the training rides that are 20 - 30 miles in the heat. I find that on
the home training loop they just don't drink much - even when going 20
miles or more - they know they can tank up when they get home and hold
out for the home water trough. I can't help but think that's not good -
even at a relatively relaxed pace.
