OK. Can you tell me what happens to the gold fish
when it gets cold? I mean really chilly where we have
to use tank heaters to keep the water from freezing?
We will have lows in single digits or occasionally
(briefly) sub zero at night. We may go a month or
more & never get above freezing. Can they survive
that? (Tank never feezes 100%.)
Of course, the floating tank heater may not stay in
there. My husband's standardbred is know for
unplugging it, holding it by the cord and chasing the
rest of the herd as he twirls it overhead!
