    [RC] Robert Ribley replaces Roger Rittenhouse as AERC Director at Large - Michael Maul

    Robert Ribley(W) has replaced Roger Rittenhouse(SE) as one of the eight
elected Directors-at-Large until the Nov. 2002 election.  Roger resigned
from the BoD at the end of the mid-year meeting in SLC.
