Re: [RC] HRM, how long to they last? - Becky Huffman
I have one I bought from Roger in 1990 that is still going strong. I
replace the batteries every spring, and I had to buy a new watch about six
years ago when the jewelry store I took it too fried it changing batteries,
I do it myself now. I've had to replace the leads a couple of times, and
once, mash the little thingies that hold the battery down because it was
loose and giving inconsistent readings... I don't know how he stays in
business if they all last as long as mine!!!

this one went kaput. I bought a whole new set. A year later that
tranmitter died.

unreliable. Sometimes it's right on, then later it'll be stuck at 180 at a
walk... Am I going to have to replace my transmitter every year or have I
just been unlucky?
