Hi everyone,

I bought a HRM and before the year warrenty lapsed, I needed the transmitter replaced.  Luckily I got a new one free.  Then a year later, this one went kaput.  I bought a whole new set.  A year later that tranmitter died. 

I changed the batteries as needed. Each time the readings have become unreliable.  Sometimes it's right on, then later it'll be stuck at 180 at a walk...  Am I going to have to replace my transmitter every year or have I just been unlucky?

What has been you experience?  Do you think some brands last longer than others?
