Ridecamp: [RC] Late Foal ?

Due to unforseen cicumstances my lease mare will not be foaling until around
the end of july of next year . Any of you breeders out there have any
experience with this late of foals ? I am at 7000 ft. with snow from oct/nov
until april/may . I do have a big stall inside the barn but am more worried
about the foal running and slipping when let out during the day .
