Why not?  It appears to be nearly identical to the
silk protein type products that are made for human
hair -- or it certainly feels just like them. :)

Sure, WD40 is cheaper.  But I'll stick with Cowboy
Magic, Healthy Hair Care Moisturizer, or baby oil for
my horses' tangles.  And a few of my mares are really
into getting the fairy braids (dreadlocks). :)
