Just to point out there is one agenda item dealing with rules changes. There
are 5 motions for rules change. 4 of these motions come from the rules
committee. 1 of the motions is not from the rules committee although coming
from the chairman and discussed at the same time, there might be room for
confusion.

All in all, I just wanted to say out in a public place that I don't support
the new (not from rules committee:) rule 11.10 (motion #6) for reasons I
articulated in the rules committee review --

it makes a real old west show of the AERC sanctioning process:(
(by that I mean lots of surprises and endless entertainment....)

I just didn't want the Board to be misled by having this particular rule
discussed at the same time as the other 4 motions from committee.
