Well there was Nelson Rockefeller, the one time Gov. of NY who when becoming
VP under Gerald Ford was caught in a photo that appeared on the front page
of the Washington Post. What was VP Rockefeller doing. He was giving a heckler
the bird - to a standing ovation of the audience I might add.
