Actually, the rules clarification makes it so that the maximum ride time is
modified from 6:00 hr(- hold times) to 6:30 hrs (-hold times). And placings
would be given in LD which isn't the case now is it?

but Dot's question seemed more like "is the faster time too fast for
starting out horses?"??
