Yes, exactly positions of authority. When a person is expected to act in = a
responsible way for the benefit of the organization, not the self = service
of any particular individual. And when this trust is violated it = is the
responsibility of the membership to root it out and to correct
it.
And that can not be done unless the facts are known. It is not so much about
the ROC as = it is a prevailing attitude of exclusionism. The ROC just
happens to be = the victim of the month. There have been others, and will no
