Ridecamp: [RC] Potoato mashing and other complaints

  I have no idea if Pototo is rude, dangerous and a menance
to all, or the epitome of Edurance Ettiquette: but it seems
this thread has out-lived it's usefulness.

  If you see someone do something offensive at a ride, 
why not talk to THEM about it, then & there?  It take it to the 
R.M.?  Bitching about someone behind their back, after the fact,
in a public forum, serves no purpose and really is comes across 
as quite catty.  It's one thing to ask for clarification ("I saw So&So doing X, is that safe/legal?..."), but it's something else 
to have a trash-fest at someone elses expense ("... and not only 
did So&So do THAT, but my friend saw him do Y and Z at another 
ride too....").  The latter is gossip, plain, ugly, and simple.

 I only hope if someone has a complaint about me they'll have 
the decency to say it to my face instead of trashing me behind 
my back.

  Can't we keep the tone here informative and instructive?
