    Also as queen of Poison Oak sensitivy, I have found over the years, that the best thing to dry it up, after it starts oozing, is about a half hour direct sunlight!  I know this is bad for our skin, etc, but believe me, it drys up the oozy patches faster than bleach or cream.

    Another thing to keep in mind, I am also a member of the look and get poisen oak club. Every spring I make sure that I have Rx with indefinite refills for a topical cream. Nothing in the store works, but this prescription cream kills it as soon as you see the first bump. Ask your Doctor to give you one and use it at the first sign.

    You are right.  My solution to my super sensitivity to poison oak it to do several laps at the public pool on Monday, gets the eyes and everything.
