I've never heard of or noticed any breed predisposition with neonatal
isoerythrolysis.  I've heard of cases in Arabs, but have never personally
seen one.  I've dealt with several cases of it in QH's and APHA's and a
couple in Thoroughbreds.  My understanding is that it occurs pretty much in
all breeds.
