If you are arthritic, a 30x Rhus Tox tab once a week does wonders...to move into homeopathy....and there is always the old favorite Arnica. I took a bottle of that in a fanny pack on my trail ride in Mexico last fall, and some of the people who hadn't been riding much really appreciated it after  a few hours in the saddle.

I heard onthe news the other day to forget the painkillers, but pop some vitamin E before you exercise, people who do have less muscle soreness than those who take a pill.   Laurie and Rascal
