With the two sets I've tried (I'm by far no expert...
Thirteen weeks into the shock absorbing shoe ordeal
lol) traction was Great with the Helvetias when they
were new on wet grass (they had *huge* studs on the
back and great tread on the front), the Ground Control
shoes haven't given me good traction on anything but
asphalt...
