    Merryvben,

    It is the AERC that is the aggrieved party in this case, not Angie. The AERC was denied funds based on this action. Based on his post to ridecamp, it also seems this is common practice on Dr. Nicholson's rides. So in my opinion it is the AERC BOD that should be filing a protest on behalf of all the members and ride managers that do follow the rules concerning listing all starters and pay all relevant fees to our organization, the AERC so that an end is put to practice. You and any members of the BOD on line that read this post, consider it a open letter to all BOD members.
