Re: [RC] Sharon Saare saddle questions - Laney Humphrey

    Hi Lif,
I'm by no means a Saare saddle expert but I do know that over the years she
has used a number of saddle makers. Don't know how one compares to another but
the one's I'ver heard of have been well known commercial saddle makers. She
has changed the design a bit over the years too. If you don't know how old
your saddle is, maybe someone will know when Veach made saddle for her.
Sound like you measured correctly. Some of those numbers may also tell you
the seat size as well as tree (A & B being very early, then C, then CC, now
also D, E, F and maybe G, don't know about that.) My older Saare saddle has a
number that I assume is the serial identification # for that particular
saddle. My friends' newer saddles don't seem to have that.
        Hope this helps!
    Laney
