My son never really interested in doing
endurance (having gone to his first endurance ride at three weeks old,
and having gone shoeing with me all his life), but when he was
about three I stopped with him at a friend's barn and he played with a little
boy there and as we were gettting in the truck to go home, he said in the most
amazed way "Mom, that kids DAD shoes horses"
