    [RC] Masters Series in Spain completion rate - John & Sue Greenall

    I too was concerned over the completion rate of this ride, but not 
surprised.  Given a flat fast course, riders are running, and I mean 
running, their horses.  If you read those press releases, the speed 
is always mentioned.  Some riders "retired", but 23 of the pulls 
were for lameness.  This was also in the press release.  Doesn't 
sound like "sport" to me.
