Don't get me wrong, I agree totally!  I just wonder how that squares, 
however, with Rule 13 as written.  Believe me, I don't want the rules written 
in legalese and covering every gnat's butt's worth of a possible 
infraction...but I wonder how to jibe the e-lytes, necessary and wonderful as 
they are, with the rule?
