Yes, there's big difference in the two breeds, isn't there? As a matter of
interest, we're buying a new horse from a rancher-breeder who lives in QH
country, but who discovered that Arabs were always ready to go the next day,
even after a hard day' work. Isn't it fun to hear ranchers laugh at "those
little Arabs" until they discover what working fools they are? Some of the
ranchers can't bring themselves to use them, however, because it projects
the wrong image. Like wearing a helmet instead of a western hat.
I do acknowledge the QH superiority in calf-roping ability, however.
