Ridecamp: [RC] water bottle filters

I have the bottles that come with the sportack cantle bag
and when I was at the PNER convention, someone told me
there was a booth that had filters for them, to use on the
trail. I never made it over to that "booth" to see exactly
what they were or if they'd work for my bottles, can
someone point me to the vendor or the product? I went to
REI and looked at their filters but they appeared to only
work for the bottles that came with them. Thanks in
advance.

I occasionally run out of water and this would be a great
alternative since I ride where there are tons of streams
and creeks.
