My wife and I were just discussing this very topic yesterday! We too would
love to know what ages are generally acceptable on the FAR side of the scale!
This is the first year my 5 year old can ride endurance....but if she is
well conditioned and nourished, how long can I expect us to remain a team?
My wife is starting out on a 13 year old - does beginning an endurance-style
conditioning/noutrition regimen later in his life like this pose any
longevity problems? Would love to hear from the pros! (Tammy? :o) And I
promise not to be snide, condescending, sarcastic, or mean-spirited in this
thread. I'll grow up and get a life and be a good boy. Cross my heart and
hope to spit. :o)
