[RC] Cooling - Rides 2 Far

I'm amazed at how some people expect to be able to handle the heat, but
they keep their houses very cold. Your body is going to adapt.
Yesterday I went to the dentist and remembered *this* time to bring my
jacket. While the dentist & her helper complained about it being stuffy
I had my jacket zipped. I asked the lady what she kept her thermostat on
at home and she said 65! Mine is kept between 80 and 82. Thank goodness
my family likes it the same way I do.

If you plan to do a hot ride, spend more time outside in the heat. Get
your body acclimated. Don't just go from an office building where they
keep it 72 to a house where it's 72 with low humidity and expect your
body to tolerate all day at 95 *with* humidity.
