    Thanks for all of the suggestions.  I doubt this horse is parking out.  I've know him since he was a 4 year old and have never seen him park out.  He could be trying to get out of work, he is lazy.  However,  this is new behavior.  I'll forward your posts to the owner.  Thanks everybody!
