Well,

just to clarify something, I would like to know if you email that girl with 
the mountain lion story... That had NOTHING to do with endurance, but I 
thought it was well needed to say.  IF you did email her.... that was not 
nice... she was telling a story.  Also, you say, look at the old postings 
about windpuffs.... I think not.  If they were alowed before, they my not be 
alowed now.  Its the same as cushings disease in horses.  When our mare was 
put down from it 6 yrs ago, they had just made a pill to slow down the 
process, but not cure it, and the pill cost $5+ a day.  Now, they have 
profected the pill and changed it and how the pill only cost .50 cents.... 
so I would not look at old post about it.  Also, the person that controls 
this forum said this and i quote " the post begging the experienced riders 
and old-timers to share their knowlege with the newbies - even if the 
question has been asked before."  So, you, and experienced horse person, 
instead of saying, find out for your self, and me mistakingly buy this horse 
and puting out MY hard earned cash and putting MILES AND MILES on this horse 
only to find out.... no, wind puffs are not alowed... boy, sucks to be me 
eh? SO I will post about it... so when you see it, delet it..
