Cause Lyte and Now is a very fast acting paste easy to give and works
very well. He will drink sooner after I use a dose of it. I use it
when I am on trail most of the time, depending on how hot the weather
is.
It is not too caustic - they all take it well, I always try to flush
the mouth with water - but most of the time he will drink after I give
him a dose.
I sometimes only give 1/2 a dose  a 1x tube - I prefer to give smaller
doses more often rather then one big slug.

I let the weather the speed we are going and how he is doing - all the
VC parameters dictate how much lytes I should give and which one.
I listen to the vet doing the exam and re-read the card
before we go back out, I also will listen to the gut sounds before we
go out, I compare it to what the vet called it.

I have done rides with only PnW.
