RE: [RC] pre-loading elytes - Jerry & Susan Milam
I wouldn't bother. I've never had any problems with that kind of distance in
the time you intend to take.

Subject: [RC] pre-loading elytes
I'm going on a 15 mile trail ride this weekend, weather expected to be in
the high 80's to low 90's range. Slow ride, not an endurance event, but I
would like to begin preloading with electolytes (AppleDex) on Wed. so that I
know she's well hydrated. Trouble is I've never done this before and wonder
if I should even bother? Ride will begin at 9:30 back at 12 to camp for
lunch (water available) then back out at 1:30 to 4. Should I or shouldn't
I?
