Re: Joint Supplements
My recent experience with joint supplements...
I take a Chontroitin Sulfate 400 mg - Glucosamine Hydrochloride 500 mg
supplement for bad hip, back and shoulders. I buy the store brand at the
local member warehouse, directions say take 3, I take one give the other two
to the horses. ;o) Ground and added to their beet pulp.
Busy, busy... missed taking it 2 out 3 days (or more) on the forth day my
hips ached so bad I could barely walk, and I had not done anything that may
account for the soreness. Took 2 that day and am on the mend. Hmmm maybe the
stuff really does work!! It took me half the day to figure out a possible
reason for my aching hips, that is all I could come up with. Which seems to
be the case as taking them again has helped.
