This is why your should ALWAYS carry your cell-
phone/radio/walkie-talkie ON YOUR PERSOn when riding: you and 
your horse may unfortunately part company, and I have not yet 
met a horse who can dial 911.  It is also why you should be 
sure to have ID on your horse as well as on your person.
