Malik has a "dent" or sweeney in his neck which is the only place I had heard of sweeneys being... something to do with work horses' collars causing muscle/nerve damage to the extent that it made this kind of dent. I don't think that is what you are describing (scapula area) but for what it's worth, the breeder told us it's the thumbprint of Allah. Works for me! :)
