If a ramp gets wet it is dangerous for the horse (and they don't forget 
slipping).  I've seen horses hurt by this.  Also I've seen them step off the 
edge of the top of the ramp and injure themselves.  Even though I have a 
bumper pull with a ramp I would never buy another with one.
