If you feel that the NC gets roasted, and the Pan Am, (also all other FEI
World championships, etc.) doesn't,
I don't hear the same things as you do. I hear all of the above criticised
thoroughly,
all the time.
The difference that I see betwen these events, was stated well by someone
else recently,
in regard to the ROC. Many AERC members feel very personal about the title
of
AERC Nat. Champ. And where they may or may not support the ROC, and/or
FEI rides,
those do not claim torepresent US ALL. I am sure that all the people can't
be pleased,
so I just try to focus on the trail, the horse, and little else. So, happy
