Nope has nothing to do with more or less in any weight division. If you formulate the problem correctly that is all taken into account in the math. Its a pretty trival problem. There are so many of each weight division. Hence you can calculate the expected number of each division in the top 10 (everybody equal). It's done using a hypergeometric distribution (sampling without replacement).  From that the probability of a LW wining BC, etc. is an easy calculation. In many cases even a HW making top 10 so they can even stand is a low probability occurrence.
