Julie...

With all due respect, as I understand it, the meetings on Thursday and
Sunday are CLOSED to member participation....you can attend, but that's
it...no interaction....no questions, no comments.  The ONLY time members
can address the board is on Saturday at the General Membership Meeting
in front of a microphone.  "Passing a note" is not my concept of
interaction.

I am proposing that there be an opportunity, SOMETIME during the
Convention, preferably on Friday or Saturday, for two way discussion
with the board by members, formal or informal.  Questions and answers,
from both sides, open to the membership.

Correct me if I'm wrong, and if so I humbly apologize, but to the best
of my knowledge, unfortunately, that opportunity does not exist at the
Convention.
