The Board also usually meets Thursday evening before the start of the 
Convention on Friday and again Sunday morning after the Convention.  These 
meetings are open to anyone who cares to intend.  I have always left them 
feeling very impressed with the business like approach and the obvious 
preparation upon the part of the Board members.
They provide a good opportunity to put faces to the names you have heard, but 
may not have met.  Julie Suhr
P.S. They can be pretty dull sometimes unless they are talking about 
something in which you are really interested.
