pre ride jittttttterrrrsss

2 years 6 months since my last ride.. I have pre ride jitters and I have a
little under two weeks to go..any tips?? while I refill my mylanta IV? I
have no fingernails, all ink pens and pencils have been removed and hidden
by hubby and I can't sleep.. did I mention I am a very nervous person? I
rode today and Actually broke into tears because I was thinking about
previous horses that should be here doing this...Mean while my horse was
an absolute angel...spooked one time.. I think it was the pay attention
spook. Fall Foilage is beautiful here in KY by the way! can't eat... that
is a new one!!gasp....can't breathe... a few days away.. millions of
things in the head spinning around.. HELLLP!!Angies bread sandwiches don't
even sound good anymore!
