Insurance Woes

Sandy:  NATRC went through an insurance crisis a few years ago.  It caused a
lot of angst with the national BOD and of course, the ride managers.
However, we did finally get a new insurance carrier.  The premiums went from
around $100.00 to the present $238.00 per ride.  Yes, entry fees went up
some, but we got to keep our rides!

I can give you the contact for the NATRC Insurance person.  Your post makes
me wonder if the NATRC insurance rates per ride might see an increase next
year as well?  This is just another instance of the trickle down effect of
the 9-11 disaster.
