Where is the peer-reviewed journal article establishing this as a
scientific fact and not anecdote?  Has the research been confirmed
by other equine nutritionists?  Citations, please!  As we have all
seen, there is far too much charlatanism orbiting equine nutrition
and I wouldn't want Amanda called on faulty data during a public
speech.
