club foot

I have just acquired an older (18) horse with a club foot. I am not sure how "club-footedness" is graded, but his foot is quite vertical and has sort of a dished appearance in the front.

The horse appears sound and moves well.

How do I best manage this situation?

Can any of you give me some advice?
