Oh yes...please reply to the list with any ideas for this...I have the same
problem. Hubby got me a 100-ounce camelback to wear, and I usually drain it
in 2 hours. It helps a lot - it keeps the headaches at bay for a while (and
I actually have to pee at the P&R), but I still get a bad headache after the
ride, which usually progresses to a migraine no matter what I do. I drink a
bottle of gatorade after each loop and a couple of bottles at the end of the
ride. I do sweat alot, so maybe I'm not drinking a lot?
