In the last 20 years or so...there has been only 1 or 2 rides that memories
serves..where I got completely unhinged because water was not available at
approx. 20 mile point...in both cases...ride management issued reply..well
it was'nt supposed to be this hot>>>duh...it was also not stated in ride
meeting...we just nelected to ask (stupid on my part) we just assumed there
would be water...needless to say these rides are no longer held...but back
to the question...I don't believe this is a problem that warrants a
rule....Cora.... IMO
