Re: BC award -- was Re: Norco Ride



Just remember, AERC rules say a BC award must be available, but they don't
say one must be given.  Perfectly legal to refuse awarding a BC if, in the
vets' opinion, no horse was deserving of it.  It's not an award given to one
horse based only on his score in relation to the others' scores.
