Ringworm??????

I see a small round circle about 1/2 inch on my horses lower face,,, a 
little rough in texture.. Is this a ringworm?
What do you do to treat it?  I have no idea how she could have gotten it, 
being outside in a clean round circle.

Please advise ASAP, with any help you may have.
