yes, straighten her out and yell "quit!". Add a smack with your hand if
your balance permits. Riding a horse down the trail who is playing games
like that is dangerous and exhausting, and does nothing for developing a
respectful relationship between you and the horse. At ten years old the
horse cannot be too traumatized by a smack and a scolding. Better a
harsh correction once that works than a constant problem. Terry
