Corry at HorsesDacor sells it for $11 per set, I think. How does that
compare to your source?

Yep, for riding in the ice & snow they are great. I used them a lot last
winter. I am not sure if the borium ones they sell would be too tall for
riding in muddy conditions?
They are easy to use & install if you have a drill, you just drill a hole in
the boot and then put the top part of the stud in the sole, and screw the
stud through the bottom. Quite easy. However, IF you use the boots with
foam at a later time, you probably need to cover the holes with duct-tape or
the foam runs out the holes when it's in the liquid form which is VERY
irritating and quite messy. :-)
I have had a stud fall out of the boots while riding so next winter I might
use Loc-Tite to hold them in (the medium or low strength kind). I was
thinking of trying studs in my e-boots w/ studs at my NATRC ride in Aug. if
it's really muddy.
If you find a good source for a low profile stud that works with their
boots, will you please let me know?
Thanks -
