It can be a nuisance from the ride manager's standpoint.  Our recent ride
had three non-members.....two paid their $10, the third thought she was a
member, but the office said she had not renewed.  I have to go after the
$10, which I will do on principle.  But it isn't the biggest problem in ride
management.
